My All Spice Blend

IMG_2695.jpg

Those that know me, know that I LOVE a good dipping sauce. Although that enhances foods, the calories and sugar can add up quickly! I definitely don’t stop using sauces but I now try and use them sparingly or make my own. I have a few that you can buy that are low in sugar and have real ingredients so I can provide that in a later post too.

I started to put this signature spice mixture on most things and found that it worked great on roasted potatoes and vegetables. The flavor is so powerful and honestly many of the items do not need a sauce to accompany it! I make it in larger batches and tuck it away in a glass spice jar so I can use it when I need it.

Ingredients and Measurements

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary

  • *1 tsp Cayenne pepper - this makes it spicy so sometimes I omit and just sprinkle a little cayenne on my portion because I like spicy things but my family does
